The retreat will take place in Almodovar, a dreamy place amidst the nature of Alentejo, in South of Portugal. 

The house is an agritourism resort located in Almodôvar, in the Lower Alentejo region, strategically situated along the famous National Road 2 (EN2). It is a retreat focused on tranquility, ideal for those seeking to connect with nature and the rural Alentejo countryside. The property combines modern comfort with Mediterranean and rustic style. Features a seasonal outdoor pool, garden, and terrace for relaxing. You can go hiking, cycling, and play lawn tennis in the surrounding area. The accommodation provides bicycles.

Niranjana

Niranjana  completed the  Yoga Teacher Training Course  in 2003. She is a founding member of the Portuguese branch of the International Sivananda Vedanta Centers. Trainer in Yoga  Teacher Training Courses all over the world, she has a Master's degree in Advanced Yoga Techniques and additional certifications in Philosophy (Bhagavad Gita), Meditation (Raja Yoga Sutras), Hatha Yoga Techniques, and Adapted Yoga for Pregnant Women, Seniors, and Children.

Surya

With a foundational background in Sociology and Psychology, Surya has been a Trainer in Internationals Yoga Teacher Training Courses since 2003. In addition to numerous yoga certifications, she holds a Master's degree in Advanced Yoga Techniques and has pursued additional training in Philosophy, Meditation, Nutrition, and Ayurveda. She was also staff at Monte Sahaja, the chosen location by Mooji to establish his ashram, during the period between 2019 and 2020.
